Diet Plan To Lose Weight In 7 days

vegetables-fruitsIf you want to lose your weight within 7 days then the main thing you should do is to change your diet plan.

Some people try to avoid almost all food and start starving themselves which is wrong for two reasons. Firstly because that effect your health as you will not get the required nutrients, secondly within few days you will give up and will more than before.

Here we are sharing with the diet plan which is recommended by registered Dietitians. So follow this diet plan and become fit in one week.

Day 1: Eat only apples, pomegranates or citrus. Drink 12 glasses of water and do not eat bananas.
Day 2: Have one boiled potato as breakfast. Eat the vegetables salads of your choice and don’t forget 12 glasses of water.
Day 3: Eat both fruit and vegetables today but no potatoes or bananas. Drink 12 glasses of water.
Day 4: Eat 8 whole bananas today, also have two vegetables soups. Drink three glasses of milk and 12 glasses of water.
Day 5: Eat 6 small tomatoes today and boiled rice. Also have vegetable soup, fruits  and 10 glasses of water
Day 6: Eat one serving of rice, vegetable soup three times and 10 glasses of water.
Day 7: Have a small serving of rice, vegetable soup and salad. Have some fruit and 10 glass water.
