K-Electric To Launch Operation Burq From 15th May

K-Electric is all set to launch its Operation Burq from 15^th May as this operation is launching with the aim to take action against power theft and its defaulters. According to the details, KE is initiating Operation Burq with the help of FIA and police who will arrest electricity theft and defaulters. However it is an alarming situation for all the defaulters to save themselves from any inconvenience

After 15^th May, power theft will become non-bailable crime as no thieve can save themselves from 3 years imprisonment, fine of 10 Million PKR, property confiscation and defamation on all over the media. Now there is no chance for electricity theft and electricity defaulters as KE has taken legal actions against these culprits. These days electricity theft has become common crime as lots of people are misusing electricity and are not paying their properly according to their use due to which KE faces several problems as well as lots of loss.

It is the right time to stop electricity crimes as KE will hold Operation Burq in whole Karachi as every area of Karachi will face this new move of KE in order to eradicate power theft crimes from the city.

KE is also requesting to all the people to submit/email their complaints against electricity thefts at speakup@ke.com.pk so that KE can take action against them as it would be a great help for KE from the honest people of the city.
